NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC – New Hanover County’s largest community health and safety event of the year will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at the Schwartz Center on the downtown campus of Cape Fear Community College. The third annual Community Health & Safety Expo will provide a variety of information and demonstrations focusing on safety both in and beyond the home.
Sponsored by New Hanover County and the City of Wilmington, numerous vendors and organizations will be on hand to demonstrate emergency response equipment and provide free information on a wide variety of health, safety and preparedness topics. Prizes will be awarded for successfully answering safety questions at select booths.
