The 2015 Enchanted Airlie holiday light show celebrates 11 years as a Wilmington tradition! For the first time, we are partnering with The Clinic for Special Children to offer Quiet Visits with Santa
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. – Enchanted Airlie, Airlie’s Holiday Light show, is a New Hanover County family tradition. Started in 2005, Enchanted Airlie is a wonderful opportunity to bring the whole family together to share in the joy of the season. But for some kids with special needs, the lights, crowds, music and activity are so overwhelming they can’t experience the simple things, like sitting in Santa’s lap and having a photo taken. We are proud to partner with the Clinic for Special Children to offer Quiet Visits with Santa. Registration is required and these visits are by appointment only. The Clinic for Special Children is coordinating all appointments. Parents can make an appointment by calling them at 910-319-7744.
Enchanted Airlie was recently featured in the Charlotte Observer as one of the best light shows in the state. Enchanted Airlie is also a 2015 winner of the Southeast Tourism Society Top 20 Event. Tickets much be purchased in advance and nights sell out quickly, so get your tickets now! Tickets can be purchased on the Airlie Gardens website www.airliegardens.org or you can come in to the Airlie Gift Shop any day from 9-4:00pm.
