NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC – New Hanover County Board of Commissioners adopted a resolution at their regularly scheduled meeting held on Monday, March 20, 2017 declaring certain personal property surplus and authorizing for the property to be sold by electronic public auction. The county will be using GovDeals, an on-line auction service provider, for the disposal of this property.
From April 7 through April 18, various surplus vehicles (trucks, vans, and automobiles), office and computer equipment, office furniture and miscellaneous items will be sold.
Registration is required for bidding. All items are sold “as is,” and the acceptable methods of payment are cash, money order, cashier’s check and credit card. Please review the terms and conditions posted on the website before bidding.
