All appointments for this week’s COVID-19 vaccinations through New Hanover County Health and Human Services’ Public Health are now full.
As additional vaccine supply is received, the county will open additional appointments to ensure that even more people who are eligible can get the vaccine. To receive text or email alerts when additional appointments through Public Health are open, residents can sign up for COVID-19 updates here.
In addition to Public Health, the following entities are also receiving direct supply from the state and administering vaccines to the community when those supplies are available:
As of February 24, New Hanover County Public Health has administered a total of 24,143 COVID-19 vaccinations in the community (14,078 first doses and 10,065 second doses). In addition, through partnerships and collaborative efforts with local healthcare entities, more than 58,913 total vaccinations have been administered in New Hanover County (34,911 first doses and 24,002 second doses), according to the NCDHHS dashboard.
