Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Still Available, J&J Walk-up Event Planned for Monday

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC – Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine appointments with New Hanover County Health and Human Services’ Public Health are still available for April 12 and April 13 at SignUpGenius.com/go/NHCvaccine. The Pfizer vaccine is approved for those 16 and older.

Additionally, on Monday, April 12 Public Health will offer a walk-up COVID-19 vaccine clinic with the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine (also known as Janssen) at the New Hanover County Health and Human Services Building (1650 Greenfield Street) from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is approved for people 18 and older and no appointment is needed.

COVID-19 vaccine eligibility is now open, so anyone who wants a COVID-19 vaccine can take advantage of these resources.
