In addition, New Hanover County is committed to exemplary media relations with a team of experienced professionals who are available to respond to media inquiries and to speak as representatives of their respective departments.

Media inquiries can be directed to Alex Riley (910-798-7422) in the Communications and Outreach Department, who will assist in facilitating a response from the department experts.

The county’s official logos and high-resolution headshots for Commissioners and department heads are below as a resource for the media. Please note, the use of official county logos on any promotion or marketing material must be endorsed and authorized by the county. For approval and preferred logo usage guidelines, please email Lauren McConville at lmcconville@nhcgov.com.
